finally. my luck has changed for the better. after the spate of @#$%* last week..
(i) saw the Paper Guy again today after 3 months of not seeing him at all. even though all our encounters were purely by chance. gee.. now as i think about it, i kinda miss him.. awww..
(ii) my one & only shared case with POH finally had a happy ending to it. KEA not only came back with the signed counter offer, but also with a cheque for the additional balance.
(iii) my biggest fish of the moment, ESK , finally stopped procrastinating & signed all the papers today. well, almost all anyway. but it was a good start. the only thing left now is to get him to sign the rest.
whew.. must be the new flowery spaghetti coupled with my lucky brownie..
