Boss called me when i was on the bus. he says he was shocked to see the email that i sent. becos apparently, he didnt receive any notice of any sort as well. was rather surprised that he barged all the way to CYC's office to demand for clarification & was calling me from there. that's just the Boss' style lah. especially since The Shepherd has left for greener pastures, am sure he wants to shake more hands with CYC to establish 'good connections'.
sometimes i wonder. if Ah Jie's case did not come in, or if i had delayed the submission & the S$5K was not captured yet, would he stil have done so? hmm..
am touched that Boss actually took the effort to call me back a 2nd time when things were resolved. apparently it's becos of some failure to meet the 1st quarter requirements.

before ending the call, Boss 'casually' mentioned that good things are coming, & not just with the RWS side but much much more. he stressed that he needs alot of capable people, not just capable, but also committed people.
