while munching on the yummy strawberry cake during coffee break, Yve came over & we had a quick chat. told her that i really appreciate her sms last night. before we could continue, boss was chasing us all back into the audi. Yve sent another sms then, asking if i had anything on after the meeting, & whether i'm free to ketchup. sure, sounds good. in fact, it sounded fun. i almost couldnt wait for the meeting to end. hur hur.
off we zoomed once the meeting was over. got to meet her hubbie who swung round in their mercedes to pick us up. *wow*.. & that was before going over to volkswagon to pick up their new tiguan. hmm.. they really do seem to be doing well. & yet Yve is stil so humble & friendly & willing to share.
finally decided to head to parkway parade & settled down at a HK cafe. i was happily gobbling down my pork chop noodles (cos today is one of those super hungry days again). along the way, heard Yve telling about her story. life story. turns out her hubbie was married once before, & yet she seemed so cool & nonchalant about it, as though it didnt matter. gee, come to think, it really didnt matter.
halfway through, we suddenly ended up gossiping. not the malicious kind, but more like, friendly sisterly sharing. i was telling her, to be abit more careful about what she tells The Queen, as The Queen has a rather bad habit of blabbering to the rest of the world. Yve was telling me about LT & her bad habit of being a big 豆卜. surprisingly, it turns out that JT & LT are not that close after all, even though LT was the one who referred JT into the business. guess there was some skirmish somewhere in the past. hmm.. perhaps this means i can spend more time & effort in guiding JT. she seems really excited & sincere in the business. plus, she has good contacts too. but.. she's under CL's AAL.. (0_o)
now i cant wait to hear Yve's sharing on universal life. best if over a hotpot dinner with Jane around too.
