just completed making my famous cheesecake, through alot of estimation this time.
with the biscuits, the butter, the sugar & the secret ingredient.
gee.. so what will it taste like tomorrow morning? will it be sweet enough? or too sweet? will the biscuit crust hold? will the cheese part coagulate?
*sigh*.. after so many times, i'm stil just as nervous as though i'm making it for the very first.
oh yes, dont forget the strawberries yah? ^^
