i finally know what it's for.
trusting is intimacy.
of being so close & so comfortable, that you are able & willing to reveal your most vulnerable side, & yet am stil confident & secure.
it's like saying, "hey, i trust you to be gentle when i put down my armour. i feel safe with you." ^^
