stayed over at Yve's place after MJ last night. heading over to Alex for training that has re-started. today's topic is on WSM by MQ, so before anything, i've come to the conclusion that it will be a waste of time.
reached Alex slightly early, so went to the HK Street kopitiam for breakfast. had the wanton noodles that, although isnt as nice as my favourite from the hawker centre, tasted not too bad today. maybe it's becos i'm hungry. lolx..
& as expected, the training was a waste of time. not completely though, cos i think i learnt a point. but have to double check to make sure it's correct. & that's when companies buy group insurance for their staff, including accident & term life, they are not obligated to make any payouts to the staff's families at all. *wow*.. quite a realisation right? imagine all the plebs slaving their lives away for their commercialised masters, believing that they are adequately covered & that their families will be well taken care of. well, the first might be true.. but too bad for the latter, the only time they realise things are not so is when they're either high above or down below - too late in either case.
