headed over to the bedok food court right after & queued for the famous cheng ting. not too bad lah, but it's a bit expensive at $3 a pop. am stil stuffed after the noodles i had for breakfast, so just cheng ting will do for me. Yve had the char kway teow by the twin boys.
after that, we did a little of our flyers at the car park. it was open air & the sun was hot, but we were here already anyway. a little while after, this car signalled for me to go over. i was a little afraid initially, wondering if i'll get blasted for putting flyers on their car. turned out to be a pleasant surprise instead. the nice couple inside asked if i was L, & told me to write my email on there. i asked for his contact no. & his car no. as well, & he gave me a namecard. happy! *beams*..
hmm.. seems like cars turnaround here rather quickly. in fact, Yve was saying that next time no need to walk carpark, just station ourselves here can liao. heh heh.
after the mini carpark, we headed over to Expo. gawd.. the blistering heat.. both of us were melting under the sun. didnt manage to comb the entire carpark though, prob just 2 sections of it. decided to call it a day when i said i couldnt stand the heat anymore. & Yve's face turned so red she looked like a cooked lobster.
let's hope something good comes out of this scorchy escapade! ^^
